Brent Chapman has over 25 years of experience across all facets of the real estate industry, and is currently President and COO at Sterling Financial Group. Prior roles include President and CEO of Dream Industrial REIT, Managing Director for Guardian Capital Real Estate, President and CEO of GPM Investment Management and various other senior positions in asset management, leasing, property management, acquisitions, financing and development with Oxford Properties.

Brent attended the University of Notre Dame on a hockey scholarship, and earned his Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance). Brent brings his vast real estate network and experience in business management and operation to NLC Recruiting Inc. in an advisory role.
