 Our client is a privately owned company providing services in geotechnical and environmental engineering, materials testing and municipal construction. Due to growth and success, they are looking to add a strategic and impact Environmental Engineer to their team.

 Job Description:

 Successful candidate will be managing Phase One and Two Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) including site remediation projects and related environmental services. Duties will include providing recommendations for soil and groundwater remediation techniques as well as submissions of Record of Site Condition (RSC) as per Ontario Regulation 153/04 (amended by 511/09). Exposure to hydrogeology and Risk Assessments is required. Ability to oversee Designated Substance Surveys is as asset.

Qualifications:

•  Min. 5 to 10+ years experience in related environmental engineering and consulting

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) license in Ontario

• Background in environmental site assessment and remediation services

• MOE Qualified Person (Q.P.ESA) status for Environmental Site Assessment

• Related environmental, civil, or geology degree from an accredited university
