Field Technician/Technologist

 Job Description:

 Our client is a privately owned company providing services in geotechnical and environmental engineering, materials testing and municipal construction. Due to growth and success, they are looking to add a strategic and impact Field Technician to their team.

Qualifications:

• Field technician/technologist with a focus on geotechnical, hydrogeological, and environmental soil/groundwater sampling and monitoring activities

• Experience in supervision of borehole drilling, rock coring, water well installations, soil/water sampling

• Supervise and conduct hydraulic conductivity tests, aquifer pump tests, data logging, test pit excavations

• Soil logging and sampling, groundwater monitoring and sampling

• Assist with hydrogeological and geotechnical studies, data analyses, and implementation of field activities

• Perform field works relating to Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments
